Design and make big wearable creatures, puppets, flags, etc. for wearing/carrying in the Canley Parade! A two day workshop – come for all of it or drop in when you like 🙂
No experience needed – we will be building our ‘first drafts’ on the Thursday, and then adding lots of papier-mache on the Friday to some of them.
Thursday 5th August – 10am to 4pm at Canley Community Centre (Prior Deram Walk) – then from 4pm to 5pm we will be walking our creations over to Warwick Arts centre for Friday’s workshop.
Friday 6th August – 10am to 5pm at Warwick Arts Centre (where we can leave the papier-mache to dry for a few days)
